At Delugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films intact, then securely pack it in the original Delugs packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
